Position Title: Regional Sales Manager – Eastern United States

Work Location: Remote/Shawnee, KS
Reports to: Vice President of Sales & Business Development
Full-time/Part-time: Full-time
Exempt/Non-Exempt: Exempt

The Regional Sales Manager – Eastern United States is responsible for developing and executing on sales strategies for Hodgdon Powder Company, Inc. and RCBS Precisioneered Reloading products in the Eastern region of the United States.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Sell Hodgdon and RCBS products to assigned accounts to meet revenue and profit objectives
  • Develop, train and support customers including distributors, direct/Big-Box retailers, buy-groups, and original equipment manufacturers
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Organize and attend industry events and trade shows
  • Monitor market trends and provide feedback and market intelligence to management
  • Work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Organize, analyze, and report market and competitive data to management
Experience and Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of outside sales experience, outdoor/shooting sports experience preferred
  • Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Reloading knowledge preferred
  • 50% travel is required to meet customers at their locations
